-At this time, I am only able to ship within the US and Canada. I hope to expand to other countries in the future, but as of right now, I can only ship out product within these two countries.
-I will ship your order out within 1-5 business days of receiving your order.
-I am not responsible if your package becomes lost in transit. However, I will do everything in my power to resolve your issue, whether it be through shipping out a replacement or refunding your money.
-My operations take place during Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5).
Return/Refund Policy:
-You are allowed to request a refund any time BEFORE your order ships out. If you request a refund after your order has been sent, I will not honor it. (Does not apply if your package is lost in transit.)
-I will accept any returns within 30 days of the purchase. If your product arrives damaged or faulty/breaks within the 30 day window, you MUST send me photos proving the damage. If it is legitimate, I will send you a replacement or offer you a refund depending on stock levels.
-If you provide me an incorrect shipping address while placing your order, and I ship it to this incorrect address, you may not be eligible for a refund/replacement or may have to pay additional fees.
Product Quality:
-I inspect all products before shipping them out to assure quality.
-My stickers are professionally printed.
-My charms are manufactured by a professional, but some are assembled myself (attaching the charm to the clasp). If there is a problem with the connection of the clasp to the charm, please contact me and send me photos, and I will work towards resolving your issue. (ONLY APPLIES WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW)
